Frozen Spinach 1 Package
Sour Cream 16oz
Mayo 1 Cup
Knorr Veg Soup Mix 1 Package
Water Chestnuts 1 Can
Scallions 3

Instructions

Thaw and drain the frozen spinach. Once thawed, finely chop the spinach.

Drain and chop the water chestnuts. These provide a nice texture to the dip.

Stir the spinach, sour cream, mayo, soup mix, chopped water chestnuts, and scallions until well mixed.

Let sit covered in the fridge for two hours.
