This recipe can either be baked or slow cooked

Ground Sirloin | 1 & 1/2 lbs |
Dry Bread Crumbs | 1 Cup |
Egg Substitute | 1/2 Cup |
Parsley | 1/3 Cup |
Minced Onion | 2 tbsp |
Ketchup | 1/3 Cup |
Brown Sugar | 2 tbsp |
Lemon Juice | 1 tbsp |
Jellied Cranberry Sauce | 16oz Can |
Chili Sauce | 12oz |
Instructions

Mix Ground Sirloin, Dry Bread Crumbs, Egg Substitute, Parsley, and Minced Onions and shape into 30 meatballs.

You can either bake in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes, or cook them in the crockpot.

In a medium bowl mix together Ketchup, Brown Sugar, Lemon Juice, Jellied Cranberry Sauce, and Chili Sauce.

Poor the mixed sauce over the meatballs.

Cover dish and cook on high for 1 hour in a crockpot.
Great served over egg noodles or rice
