This recipe can either be baked or slow cooked

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
Ground Sirloin 1 & 1/2 lbs
Dry Bread Crumbs 1 Cup
Egg Substitute 1/2 Cup
Parsley 1/3 Cup
Minced Onion 2 tbsp
Ketchup 1/3 Cup
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Jellied Cranberry Sauce 16oz Can
Chili Sauce 12oz

Instructions

  1. Mix Ground Sirloin, Dry Bread Crumbs, Egg Substitute, Parsley, and Minced Onions and shape into 30 meatballs.

  2. You can either bake in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes, or cook them in the crockpot.

  3. In a medium bowl mix together Ketchup, Brown Sugar, Lemon Juice, Jellied Cranberry Sauce, and Chili Sauce.

  4. Poor the mixed sauce over the meatballs.

  5. Cover dish and cook on high for 1 hour in a crockpot.

Great served over egg noodles or rice
