A great meal that serves 6

Ingredients

Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can
Red Wine 1/2 Cup
Beef Onion Soup Mix 1 Packet
Dried Thyme 1/2 tsp
Beef Stew Chunks 2 lbs
Baby Carrots 2 Cups
Sliced Mushrooms 2 Cups
Egg Noodles 1 - 2 lbs

Instructions

  1. Whisk mushroom soup, wine, soup mix, and thyme in crockpot.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until coated.

  3. Cover/Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 - 10 hours.

  4. Sprinkle with parsley, serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

This meal reheats as a great lunch
