A favorite kid breakfast, but be warned, they will want to eat five of them
Ingredients

| Peaches | 4 |
| Granulated Sugar | 2 tbsp |
| Confectioners Sugar | 2 tsp |
| Candied Ginger | 2 tbsp |
| Lemon Juice | 2 tbsp |
| Ready to use crepes | 4 7in |
Instructions
Peaches should be halved, pitted, and chopped.
Candied ginger will need to be chopped as well if it is not already pre-chopped.
Combine peaches, granulated sugar, ginger and lemon juice in a bowl.
Let all ingredients stand for 10 mins.
Layout your crepe.
Place 1/4 of peach mix in the center of each crepe. Rollup to enclose the filling.
Place crepe seam side down and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Best served with a little bit of clotted cream on top
