Torn Boston Lettuce | 1 Small Head |

Sliced Radishes | 4 |
Grated Fresh Ginger | 1/2 tbsp |
Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and hoisin sauce.

In a large serving bowl, combine the torn Boston lettuce, sliced cucumber and radishes.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat everything evenly.
Note: Best served with hoisin burgers.
