Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp
Lime Juice 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Asian Sesame Oil dark 1/2 tsp
Torn Boston Lettuce 1 Small Head
Cucumber 1
Sliced Radishes 4
Grated Fresh Ginger 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and hoisin sauce.

  2. In a large serving bowl, combine the torn Boston lettuce, sliced cucumber and radishes.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat everything evenly.

Note: Best served with hoisin burgers.
