Best served cold on a warm day

Ingredients

Fresh Green Beans 2 Cups
Mozzarella Cheese 8 oz
Italian Dressing 1/2 Cup
Plum Tomatoes 6
Chopped Fresh Basil 1/3 Cup
Pepper 1/8 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cook the green beans according to your preference. Once they are cooked, drain them and let them cool.

  2. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 1/2 inch cubes.

  3. Slice the plum tomatoes.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled green beans, mozzarella cheese cubes, Italian dressing, sliced tomatoes, chopped basil and pepper. Mix well.

  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

  6. Before serving, give the salad a final toss, and adjust the seasoning if needed.

  7. Serve chilled.
