Caraway Seeds 1/2 tsp

Shredded Red Cabbage (1/4 of a small head) 2 Cups
Shredded green Cabbage (1/4 of a small head) 2 Cups
Grated Carrots 2 Carrots

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, and caraway seeds. Mix well.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Add the shredded red cabbage, shredded green cabbage, and grated carrots to the bowl. Toss well to ensure that all the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.

  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Before serving, give the coleslaw a final toss, and adjust the seasoning if needed.
