In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, and caraway seeds. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the shredded red cabbage, shredded green cabbage, and grated carrots to the bowl. Toss well to ensure that all the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
