Instructions

Place the halved chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, soy sauce, oil, wine vinegar, water, ground ginger, minced garlic, dried oregano, and brown sugar. Mix well.

Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.

Cover and cook on low for 2-2.5 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
