Halved Whole Chicken Breasts 4 Full Breasts
Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Can
Soy Sauce 1/4 Cup
Oil 1/4 Cup
Wine Vinegar 1/4 Cup
Water 3/4 Cup
Ground Ginger 1 tsp
Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp
Dried Oregano 1/2 tsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Place the halved chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, soy sauce, oil, wine vinegar, water, ground ginger, minced garlic, dried oregano, and brown sugar. Mix well.

  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-2.5 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

  5. Uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

  6. Serve the chicken over rice or with your choice of side dish.
