Beef Bouillon Cube 1
Stewed Tomatoes 1 Can
Ketchup 1/2 Cup
Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Cornstarch 2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, place the pork chops, salt, pepper, onions, celery, green pepper, and tomatoes.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, and bouillon cube. Stir until well mixed.

  3. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and pork chops.

  4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the pork is cooked through and tender.

  5. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir the mixture into the slow cooker.

  6. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

  7. Serve the pork chops with the tangy sauce over rice or mashed potatoes.
