Instructions

In a slow cooker, place the pork chops, salt, pepper, onions, celery, green pepper, and tomatoes.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, and bouillon cube. Stir until well mixed.

Pour the mixture over the vegetables and pork chops.

Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the pork is cooked through and tender.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir the mixture into the slow cooker.
