Instructions

In a slow cooker, place the pork chops, salt, pepper, onions, celery, green pepper, and tomatoes.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, and bouillon cube. Stir until well mixed.

Pour the mixture over the vegetables and pork chops.
