Ingredients

Rigatoni 8 oz Package
Cannellini Beans One 15 oz Can
Stewed Tomatoes One 15 oz Can
Cooked Sausage 1 lbs
Fresh Basil 1/3 Cup
Shredded Asiago Cheese or Parmesan 1/4 Cup

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, except do not add salt to the cooking water.

  2. Drain and keep warm.

  3. In a large saucepan, combine the cannellini beans, undrained stewed tomatoes and cooked sausage. Heat through.

  4. Add the bean mixture and basil to the cooked pasta. Toss gently to combine.

  5. Sprinkle each serving with shredded Asiago cheese or Parmesan cheese.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
