Ground Beef 1 lbs
Plain Dried Bread Crumbs 1/4 Cup
Chopped Scallions 1/4 Cup
Hoisin Sauce 1/4 Cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill. Tear off 4 sheets of heavy duty foil and spray the center with non-stick spray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, scallions, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce. Shape the mixture into four equal patties. Place a patty on the center of each sheet of foil.

  3. Fold the foil to close the packet, first folding the long side.

  4. Grill the burgers for approximately 15 minutes.

  5. Serve the burgers with an Asian Style Salad for a complete meal.

These were referred to as poisin burgers in the Furtkevic family.
